At Fulloutwear, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• In their original condition with all tags attached.

• Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Store Credit Only

Fulloutwear does not offer refunds for eligible change-of-mind returns. Approved returns will be issued as store credit toward a future Fulloutwear purchase.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

If the error was made by Fulloutwear, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Fulloutwear provides prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns. A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from the customer's store credit.

If a return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item caused by Fulloutwear, return shipping will be covered by Fulloutwear.

Any additional rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Fulloutwear through our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, orders can no longer be canceled through the standard cancellation process.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our 14-day return policy.

Cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet our return conditions may be declined, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Fulloutwear reserves the right to review return requests individually. Nothing in this policy limits customers' rights under applicable law.
